trigger: allow wildcard in command /trigger (issue #1956)

A mask with wildcards is now allowed in the following commands:

- `/trigger enable`
- `/trigger disable`
- `/trigger toggle`
- `/trigger restart`
- `/trigger del`
- `/trigger restore`

...
